Fused Glass

These pieces were created by combining various forms and colors of glass and heating to ± 1400° F. The building up of the backgrounds to receive the details requires several firings. This process produces a single solid piece of glass, which is then mounted on a reflective back in the case of the framed “paintings”, used as panels in a lamp, or as embellishments on a mirror in a decorative frame. The result is creations that reflect any ambient light in the room day or night
